Three habits from building Corpora, Drova and ActionLayer.

Check every write

Requests are validated before they reach business logic, and every route that changes data confirms the user owns the record. In ActionLayer that is what keeps one person's data out of another's.

Keep slow work off the request

Fetching a link's metadata and classifying it can be slow. ActionLayer runs both as BullMQ jobs on Redis, so the API responds right away and the work finishes in the background.

One identity, many roles

On Drova one person can buy, sell and drive. All three roles sit on one account shared across three services, so nobody has to sign up twice to switch roles.

I'm a full-stack developer based in Bangalore. I like working across the whole stack: the schema, the queue, the API contract, and the one-pixel misalignment nobody else noticed.

At university I led the photography team at Amogh Club, planning photo walks and workshops and running a crew at events. Planning work, giving feedback and coordinating people carry straight over to a product team.
